Housing Minister Discusses Progress of Projects

The Iraqi minister of housing and construction has discussed with the governor of Muthanna the progress of projects implemented by the ministry in the province.

“Minister Bayan Dizayee has stressed her ministry’s seriousness in executing the projects in accordance with the required standards and the agreed deadlines,” according to a ministry statement received by Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

“The ministry is building two residential compounds in Muthanna, as well as a number of roads and bridges,” the statement noted.

Samawa, the capital city of Muthanna province, lies 280 km south of Baghdad.
