The Iraqi minister of science and technology has discussed with the head of the Estonian Parliament the recent developments in the electronic government project.

“During his visit to Estonia, Minister Raid Fahmi Jahid discussed with the Estonian minister of economic affairs and telecommunications and the head of the Estonian Parliament the latest scientific and technological developments in the electronic government project,” according to a ministry statement received by Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

The minister was accompanied by the head of the information technology department in the ministry, Dr. Mahmoud Shareef.
