Most of the projects that have been conducted in Iraq are a “failure” due to the lack of a clear vision by the ministry of planning and absence of inter-ministerial cooperation, an advisor to the minister of industry and minerals said on Tuesday.
“The projects that are currently being carried out in Iraq are a failure. They are not conducted like anywhere else in the world,” Lawyer Hamed Yasser said today in a lecture he gave during a symposium held by the legal department in Karbala province.
Yasser has blamed the failure on several reasons. “The Ministry of Planning bears the largest share of responsibility due its lack of a clear vision…,” he argued.
