Chinese Firm Signs MoU to Conduct 3 Projects in Karbala

A Chinese company delegation has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to carry out three housing and commercial projects in Karbala, a local media official said on Wednesday.

“The delegation has finished a few day visit to al-Hindiya district (20 km north of Karbala), where it was acquainted with the investment projects that can be carried out by the company in the city,” Mohammed Abd Zayd told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

The memorandum includes the establishment of residential compounds, a shopping mall and an oil factory.
