Iraqi Ports Company Puts Port for Investment

Basra, 13 April 2010 - Aswat Al Iraq
The Iraqi Ports Company has called on international and local firms to invest in a Basra port, an official statement said on Monday.
“The company invited international, national and local companies to submit their investment bids for the operation of the new Hawiyat (containers) Port at Umm Qasr…,” according to the statement, which was received by Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
