France’s Ambassador to Iraq Transferred to Tunisia

Following a successful and high-profile stint as France’s Ambassador to Baghdad, Boris Boillon is being transferred to Tunisia.

The Algerian-born Boillon has been very active in promoting the business and cultural relationship between France and Iraq, and Iraq Business News has recently reported on France’s many successes in the country.

At 41, Boillon is France’s youngest ambassador, but it’s clear that Mr Boillon’s successor will have big shoes to fill.

We’ll report on France’s new appointment to Baghdad as soon as we have more information.
