Baghdad International Car Fair Opens

The General Company for Trade and Commercial Services opened a car show at the Baghdad International Fair in the presence of the Trade Ministers, Khairallah Hassan and the Labor and Social Affairs minister, Nassar al-Rubaie.

According to AKnews, the Director of the General Company for Trade and Commercial Services , Sadiq Hussain Sultan, said in his opening speech that, “the establishment of a specialized fair for cars came in light of the popularity of buying and selling cars in the market, and to meet the desire of citizens to have modern cars with advanced technology.”

Companies exhibiting included Toyota, Hyundai, Kia Motors; Iranian cars Saipa, Samand, Chery, and Lifan; and Chinese LBYD.
