A very good news from Erbil. However, the Contractor that complete this airport couldn’t get its last payment, more than 10 million USD for a long time. Even the airport services and the system is working properly, the authorities are refusing the payment with some funny excuses. Whereever you go in Iraq, the minds are same. High expectations for good quality services, constructions and goods but no payments or too many months delayed payments. How can a country expect more services or investors without paying them? Only the one table-chair companies can accept to work under these circumstances to make the golden shot and run away.
