UNDP -Iraq is seeking for a Contractor to provide technical assistance to the Government of Iraq to develop and implement a pilot e-service systems based on Service Oriented Archtecture (SOA)- based business process design approach to assure fast scaling and quick wins for e-government.

To this respect, a workshop shall be conducted with the targeted partners to transfer the knowledge on architects  SOA – BPM design and implementation principles by the Contractor. The Contractor is also expected to work hand-by hand with the workshop participants to lead the development and implementation of the targeted quick win applications.
