The third phase of construction at the Nahrawan industrial complex is soon to be launched, reports AIN.
Directorate General for Industrial Development at the Ministry of Industry, Hadi al-Hassan, said:
“The Directorate will invite companies related to the Ministry including al-Faris Company and the General Company for Design and Industrial Construction to complete the required works.
“This project is part of the investment plan for 2010-2011 … The work is continuing in accordance with the contracts signed with the associated companies.“
The council announced its plan last October to build the $250m (291bn IQD) industrial city in Nahrawan district, to the south of Baghdad.
