Egypt and Iraq have reportedly signed an agreement under which Iraq will supply Egypt with oil.
On a recent visit to Iraq, Egyptian Prime Minister Hesham Qandil secured the supply of 4 million barrels of Iraqi crude oil per month, which will be supplied via pipelines across the Gulf of Aqaba.
Another 4,000 tonnes of diesel per day is also included in the deal.
