Deadlines: Publication Thursday weekly. All advertising copy required two days before publication. Copy received after the deadline may not be published and may be charged. No charge if we find a replacement.

Technical: We require visuals to standard sizes as per the rate card. Any alterations may incur a charge. We require either a flash file, gif or jpeg image.

Design: We can undertake original advertising design and amendments. The charges are £60 per hour .

Copy changes: Copy changes are allowed but may be charged extra if technical changes are required by the Web Host. The charge is £60 per hour or part thereof. These will be cleared with you first. Same deadline terms apply. We will amend copy after the deadline if possible but extra charges may apply.

Payment: In advance by BACS or PayPal in £ sterling or $US. Payment must be in our bank before the publishing date please .

Rates: The publishers reserve the right to amend the rate structure

and terms giving 4 weeks notice.

VAT: There is no VAT charge.

Ethics: The publishers reserve the right to refuse or defer advertising which contravenes accepted standards. The publishers do all they can to check advertising but do not accept responsibility for the content.
