We offer organizers per event :

4 weeks x Type 6 or Type 7 banner ads on the Newsletter
4 weeks x Text link
2 editorials one pre event one post event and links.
1 mail blast optional.
Listing for each event on the IBN Events page

The total package costs £1500 . A Mail blast is an extra £600. The package including the mail blast represents a saving of £6295 on the rate card cost. Top spots and specific ad Types are not guaranteed. Listing on the Events page is £200 if no banner advertising. For ad Types and standard ad rates please visit advertising.

However we will reduce it even more as follows:

£150 per event for a logo link on your media sponsor page.
£150 per event for a full colour page in the catalogue.
£200 per event for one mail blast to your exhibitor / attendance/visitor list.
£50 per event for display of printed flyers on a designated media stand or table.
£50 per event for mention and text link in one post event email report.

In addition organizers with multiple shows can use the animated gif option in the Web site which could double or treble the number of weeks an event appears.. Please contact me for this option.
