The Republic of Iraq has received a credit from the International Development Association toward the cost of Emergency Water Supply, Sanitation and Urban Reconstruction Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for: Supply of fifteen (15) Wheel Loader Backhoes plus relevant spare parts.
