In order to improve the quality of telecom services provided in Iraq, the Iraqi Telecommunications and Posts Company (ITPC) has sought to find the right partner to market its international traffic outside Iraq and to detect and eliminate fraud originating from and terminating into Iraq.
And following a rigorous selection process among the leading telecom solutions providers, Vanrise Solutions and ITPC have signed an International Traffic Marketing Management and Anti-Fraud Platform Agreement.
Under the five-year agreement, Vanrise will become ITPC's main channel for International Direct Dial (IDD), SMS and MMS traffic into and out of Iraq. In addition, Vanrise will provide its advanced T.One solution for managing quality, routing and fraudulent use of the network and other tools required for this business segment. Furthermore, Vanrise will be responsible for managing relationships with International Carriers to terminate IDD traffic to and from Iraq.

Within the terms of this unique partnership, Vanrise Solutions would not only be providing its exceptional software solution, but would also be deploying its teams and equipment in Iraq, being present on the ground to put together all the required infrastructure for fraud management, routing, wholesale billing systems and Quality of Service to facilitate all the processes involved.
