Iraqi Airways plans to re-commence regular flights between Baghdad and Moscow later in September, following a break of 13 years.
The news came following talks between Russia’s aviation watchdog Rosaviatsia and the Iraqi Ambassador to Russia Haidar Mansour Hadi.
