Rehabilitation of Al-Sumoud Refinery in Baiji

Iraq's Minister of Oil Thamer Ghadhban has announced the rehabilitation of the Al-Sumoud refinery in Baiji.

He said initial production rates are running at 70,000 barrels per day (bpd).
