Iraq, Norway sign 'Oil-for-Development' Agreement

Iraq and Norway have reportedly signed a three-year 'oil-for-development' agreement on Monday.

According to MENAFN, the deal was signed during a visit by Norwegian Prime Minister, Erna Solberg to Iraq.
