Debate: Will Iraq, Kuwait succeed in truly turning the page?

Former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein's 1990 invasion of Kuwait cratered the relationship between the two neighbors. More than three decades later, even with Saddam gone, the flaring up of border-related issues is once again fueling bilateral tensions. The dispute has already impacted regional dialogue as seen in the cancellation last autumn of a gathering of Gulf Arab, Iranian and Iraqi foreign ministers. Amwaj.media invited three experts to debate the key obstacles to a leap forward in Iraq-Kuwait relations.
