A delegation from Iraq's Parliamentary Committees on Agriculture, Water, Marshlands, Economy, and Trade, led by MP Faleh Al-Khazali, visited the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw to discuss strengthening bilateral economic, agricultural, and industrial ties.
The delegation met with Mr Shumovsky, Head of International Cooperation at the Chamber, and senior Polish trade officials. Discussions included proposals for a joint economic conference involving business leaders, suppliers, and trade associations from both nations. The initiative aims to foster mutual trade and economic growth through practical collaboration.
Mr Shumovsky expressed Poland's readiness to facilitate agreements and recommended easing visa procedures for Iraqi entrepreneurs to explore Polish agricultural and industrial projects. Al-Khazali proposed a comprehensive study on potential investment opportunities to guide future collaborations and address existing challenges.
