A delegation of 46 Iraqi entrepreneurs and business leaders are participating in the SelectUSA Investment Summit, taking place in the US from May 11th to 14th.
The event, which brings together investors, companies, and industry experts, provides a platform to explore investment opportunities in the United States.
The Iraqi delegation aims to build partnerships and secure business deals during the summit.
SelectUSA is the U.S. government program led by the U.S. Department of Commerce that focuses on facilitating job-creating business investment into the United States and raising awareness of the critical role that economic development plays in the U.S. economy.
In April, Iraq received the largest US trade mission to Iraq so far, led by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
