- Asiacell (TASC) invited its shareholders to receive their cash dividends for the fiscal year 2024, starting Jun. 25. The company decided in its recent AGM (May 24, 2025) to distribute IQD1.5 cash dividend per share, corresponding to an 11.5% dividend yield. The branches of the National Bank of Iraq (BNOI) mentioned in the announcement will be ready to distribute dividends during official working hours.
- Bank of Baghdad (BBOB) invited its shareholders to receive their cash dividends for the fiscal year 2024, starting Jun. 25 at the company's HQ and its branches throughout Iraq from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The company decided in its recent AGM (May 3, 2025) to distribute IQD0.60 cash dividend per share, corresponding to a 13.4% dividend yield. (The bank changed the cash dividend per share from IQD0.65 to IQD0.60)
- National Bank of Iraq (BNOI) has completed the legal procedures for the capital increase through a 30.0% bonus issue to IQD520.0 bn.
- ISX suspended trading of the third issuance of Emaar bonds starting on Jun. 24, 2025, due to distributing semi-annual interest.
- The Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX) will hold its AGM on Jul. 2 to discuss and approve the annual financial statements of the ISX for the ending year Dec. 31, 2024, the report of the Board of Governors on the market activities for the year 2024, and ISX's program for the year 2025.
Stocks that resumed / will resume trading:
- Tourist Village of Mosul Dam (HTVM) resumed trading on Jun. 22 after holding its AGM on Jun. 13, in which they discussed and approved the 2024 annual financial statements.
- Rajih Islamic Bank for Investment (BRAJ) resumed trading on Jun. 23, 2025 after the bank was suspended from trading by the ISC on Sep. 19, 2021.
- New shares of Al-Mansour Pharmaceuticals Industries (IMAP) from the capital increase to IQD18.56 bn through a 16.0% rights issue according to the Companies Law No. 21 of 1997/Article 55/Fourth resumed trading on Jun. 24.

- ISX suspended trading of Al-Batek Financial Investment (VBAT) starting Jun. 22 for not submitting annual financial statements.
- ISX suspended trading of Baghdad Soft Drinks (IBSD) starting Jun. 24 due to the AGM that will be held on Jun. 30 to discuss and approve the 2024 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and the authorization of the company's board of directors to import and install new production lines.
- ISX suspended trading of Credit Bank of Iraq (BROI) starting Jun. 25 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 1 to discuss and approve 2024 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, increasing the paid-in capital from IQD319.87 bn to IQD400.0 bn through a 16.61% rights issue and 8.44% bonus issue.
- ISX will suspend trading of National Company for Tourism Investment (HNTI) starting Jul. 22 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 27 to discuss and approve the 2023 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and elect four original and four alternative board members. (Note: ISX adjusted the suspension from the trading date from Jun. 25, 2025, to Jul. 22, 2025, following HNTI's announcement of a change in the AGM date)
