  • Baghdad Soft Drinks (IBSD) invited its shareholders to receive their cash dividends for the fiscal year 2024. The company decided in its recent AGM (Jun. 30, 2025) to distribute IQD0.36 cash dividend per share, corresponding to a 7.5% dividend yield.
  • National Bank of Iraq (BNOI) invited its shareholders to receive their cash dividends for the fiscal year 2024, starting Jul. 13. The company decided in its recent AGM (Mar. 27, 2025) to distribute IQD0.20 cash dividend per share, corresponding to a 4.9% dividend yield. Shareholders can visit the branches mentioned in the announcement three days a week (Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday) to receive their dividends during the specified times.
  • Subscription to 20.0% rights issue of Al Taif Islamic Bank (BTIB) to reach IQD300.0 bn from IQD250 bn paid-in capital has ended on Jul. 2. It was announced that subscription only occurred for 5.1 bn shares, thus the paid-in capital reach IQD255.1 bn.
  • Al -Khazer for Construction Materials (IKHC) has completed the legal procedures for the capital increase through a %100 rights issue to IQD2.0 bn.
  • ISX suspended trading of the second issuance of Enjaz bonds starting on Jul. 17, 2025, due to distributing semi-annual interest.

  • Dar Al-Salam for Insurance (NDSA) resumed trading on Jul. 14 after holding its AGM on Jun. 24 in which they discussed and approved 2024 annual financial statements and decided to distribute IQD0.05 cash dividend per share, corresponding to a 7.7% dividend yield.
  • Original shares of Credit Bank of Iraq (BROI) resumed trading on Jul. 15 after holding its AGM on Jul. 1 in which they discussed and approved 2024 annual financial statements and increasing the paid-in capital from IQD319.87 bn to IQD400.0 bn through a 16.61% rights issue and 8.44% bonus issue.
  • New shares of National Bank of Iraq (BNOI) from the capital increase to IQD520.0 bn through a 30.0% bonus issue resumed trading on Jul. 17.
  • New shares of Commercial Islamic Bank of Iraq (BCOI) from the capital increase to IQD327.6 bn through a 12.0% bonus issue resumed trading on Jul. 17.
  • New shares of Al Masherq Al-Arabi Islamic Bank (BAMS) from the capital increase to IQD293.5 bn through a 17.4% bonus issue will resume trading on Jul. 20.

  • ISX suspended trading of AL-Nukhba for General Construction (SNUC) starting Jul. 17 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 22 to discuss and approve the 2024 annual financial statements.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Ready Made Clothes (IRMC) starting Jul. 28 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 31 to discuss and approve 2024 annual financial statements and dividend distribution.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Ashour Hotel (HASH) starting Aug. 5 due to the AGM that will be held on Aug. 9 to discuss and approve 2024 annual financial statements.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Al-Ataa Islamic Bank (BLAD) starting Aug. 27 due to the AGM that will be held on Sep. 1 to discuss and approve 2024 annual financial statements and dividend distribution.
