Cabinet Approves Baghdad British International School

Iraq's Cabinet has approved a decision allowing the Ministry of Education to grant a founding licence to the private-sector Baghdad British International School, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.

The approval is conditional upon the school fulfilling all foundational requirements. The Ministry of Education has also been instructed to finalise the administrative directives as outlined in the Private and Foreign Education Regulation No. 5 of 2013, in line with applicable Cabinet decisions.
