Asiacell has entered into a strategic partnership with Evam to implement the evamX real-time customer engagement platform across its nationwide operations.
The agreement will enable the telecoms operator to deliver hyper-personalised marketing and customer interactions across its digital and traditional channels, using AI-driven automation and real-time data processing. The company said the move supports its wider digital transformation programme and strengthens its customer experience capabilities.
According to a press release, Evam's evamX platform will allow Asiacell to design and manage dynamic customer journeys, apply advanced analytics and trigger contextual engagement across multiple touchpoints from a unified system. The companies said this will improve the speed and relevance of customer communications while helping to deepen loyalty and optimise marketing performance.
Asiacell said the partnership supports its efforts to enhance Iraq's digital ecosystem by adopting advanced engagement technologies used by leading telecom operators internationally.
