From the Iraqi Children Foundation (ICF).
As We Close the Year, Thank You for Standing With Our Children
Dear Friends of ICF,
As the year comes to a close, we want to pause and say something that often doesn't get said enough: Thank you.
Because of you, your generosity, your trust, and your belief in our mission, thousands of orphans and vulnerable children in Iraq received care, education, protection, and hope this year. In places where children are too often forgotten, you showed up.
At Iraqi Children Foundation, every program we run is rooted in dignity and compassion. From education and psychosocial support to child protection and basic needs, your support has helped us meet children where they are, and walk beside them toward a better future.
The Impact You Made in 2025
This year, your generosity made it possible for us to:
- Deliver education and learning materials, nutritious meals, hygiene items, and essential supplies to children who otherwise would have gone without.
- Provide child protection services, legal representation, and psychosocial support for some of the most vulnerable children in Iraq.
- Sustain our disability clinic, ensuring children with disabilities receive critical therapies and ongoing treatment.
None of this happens without you.
A Final Opportunity to Give Before Year-End
As we approach December 31, we're asking for your help one last time this year. A year-end gift, no matter the size, allows us to: start the new year strong, maintain uninterrupted services for children, and respond quickly to urgent needs as they arise. Your donation is tax-deductible and can make a meaningful difference before the year ends:
The needs remain great, but so does our hope. As we look toward the new year, we are committed to expanding our reach, strengthening our programs, and continuing to advocate for children who deserve safety, education, and opportunity. With you by our side, we can do even more.
From all of us at ICF, our team, our partners, and especially the children we serve, thank you for being part of our community and all the best wishes for a peaceful 2026!
With deep gratitude,
Patricia Stakem (Executive Director) & The ICF Team
