  • Two cross transactions occurred on 24.9 bn shares of Al-Qurtas Islamic Bank (BQUR) on Jun. 14 and Jun. 17, valued at IQD24.9 bn and corresponding to 10.0% of BQUR's capital.
  • A cross transaction occurred on 18.3 bn shares of Erbil Bank for Investment & Finance (BERI) on Jun. 14, valued at IQD2.0 bn and corresponding to 6.9% of BERI's capital.
  • Asiacell (TASC) invited its shareholders to receive their cash dividends for the fiscal year 2025, starting Jun. 21. The company decided in its recent AGM (May 23, 2026) to distribute IQD1.50 cash dividend per share, corresponding to an 8.7% dividend yield. The branches of the National Bank of Iraq (BNOI) mentioned in the announcement will be ready to distribute dividends during official working hours.
  • According to the ISC decision on Jun. 11, 2026, the ISX transferred of Al-Qurtas Islamic Bank (BQUR) from the Undisclosed Companies Market (UCM) to the Non-Regular Market (NRM) starting Jun. 15, 2026.
  • The ISC did not approve the request of National Company for Tourism Investment (HNTI) for an additional extension period of 1 year to submit its 2025 annual financial statements.

  • Trans Iraq Bank (BTRI) resumed trading on Jun. 14 after holding its AGM on Jun. 1 in which they discussed and approved 2025 annual financial statements, and to follow up on the procedures for the merger with Iraq Noor Islamic Bank (BINI) in accordance with the requirements of the CBI reform plan.
  • Iraq Noor Islamic Bank (BINI) resumed trading on Jun. 15 after holding its postponed AGM on Jun. 11 in which they discussed and approved 2025 annual financial statements.
  • Ishtar Hotels (HISH) resumed trading on Jun. 15 after holding its AGM on Jun. 7 in which they discussed and approved the 2023 & 2024 annual financial statements, the hotel's development and investment, and electing five original and five alternative board members.
  • Ashour Hotel (HASH) resumed trading on Jun. 18 after holding its AGM on Jun. 12, in which they discussed and approved 2025 annual financial statements, reviewed investment contracts, and decided to distribute IQD0.50 cash dividend per share corresponding to a 1.8% dividend yield.
  • Tourist Village of Mosul Dam (HTVM) resumed trading on Jun. 18 after holding its AGM on Jun. 13, in which they discussed and approved 2025 annual financial statements.
  • Modern Chemical Industries (IMCI) will resume trading on Jun. 21 after holding its AGM on Jun. 14, in which they discussed and approved 2025 annual financial statements.

  • ISX will suspend trading of Baghdad Soft Drinks (IBSD) starting Jul. 2 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 7 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and electing nine original and nine alternative board members.
  • ISX suspended trading of Erbil Bank for Investment & Finance (BERI) starting Jun. 15 due to the AGM that will be held on Jun. 19 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements, increasing the paid-in capital from IQD265.0 bn to IQD300.0 bn through a 13.21% rights issue, and the cancellation of the merger with any other bank, and the shift from the second track (merger) to the first track (continuity) in the banking reform plan, and electing nine original and nine alternative board members.
