Iraq has turned off its internet yet again to coincide with student exams, according to a report from The Register.
Authorities have instructed all ISPs to shut off the internet for specific three-hour blocks, the latest happening early on Thursday.
The country-wide shutdown has prompted fierce criticism from groups both within and outside the country, which the Ministry of Communications has continued to ignore.
