Oil Minister Jabar Ali al-Luaibi [Allibi] has opened the 3rd loading dock at the Umm Qasr port export terminal, saying that it represents a significant step in the export of condensed gas and liquefied gas.
He added that there will be a quantum leap in gas investment this year, with capacity reaching 1300 MSCF/ day.
The ministry plans to increase the export of condensed gas to "50,000", and of liquefied gas to 5,000 tons, which will boost Iraq's finances.
