Provision of Network System

Dear Suppliers,

The ICRI-Ta’afi Project is a USAID program implemented by Chemonics Iraq LLC in Iraq. As part of project activities, the ICRI-Ta’afi Project requires to purchase a network goods with  its services and stablishing  in their office , The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations from eligible suppliers for as-needed, ad-hoc purchases of a network goods with  its services  those exist in RFQ.

So You are invited to submit an offer to our Request For Quotations (IRP-ERB-OPS-082) By participating in this RFQ you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the guidelines set out in the Request For Quotations file, and please note below points before submitting your quotation:

• Mandatory Site Visit: In order to provide offerors an opportunity to ask questions and view the site in person, offerors must attend a mandatory visit to the site of ICRI Ta’afi’s office in 32 park districts. Offers will be provided two site visit options once they confirm interest.

       The site visit is mandatory, Chemonics will not accept offers from any firm that does not attend the site visit.

        Please confirm your interest to a site visit in advance by email to ICRI Ta’afi’s procurement team at [email protected] no later than Oct 1^st , 2019. This confirmation should include the full name and contact information of all participants.

• Deadline for Questions: no later than Oct 3^rd, 2019, 4:00 PM Baghdad time by email to [email protected]
• Deadline for Offers: no later than Oct 6^th, 2019, 4:00 PM Baghdad time by email to [email protected]

The evaluation will be based on (Trade-Off) method in which the bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Technical – 35 points: Responsiveness to the technical specifications and requirements.
• Delivery – 20 points: The speed of delivery.
• After Sale Services - 20 points:  The ability for the offeror to provide after-sales services, including warranty, routine maintenance, and training on the equipment and software supplied. Service center(s) will be evaluated on ability to be equipped with tools, staffed with technical personnel, and stocked with spare parts for after-sales support for the hardware, software, licenses and configuration.
• Price – 25 points: The overall cost presented in the offer.
