Iraq's Minister of Education, Dr. Ibrahim Namis Al-Jubouri, has signed a comprehensive agreement to enhance modern English language programs in Iraq.
This initiative aims to build the capacities of educational and teaching staff through intensive training in collaboration with the British Council.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister for Administrative Affairs, Mr. Raed Al-Sahe, and the British Council's Country Director, Mr. Ben Louten.
In a statement, the Minister expressed his satisfaction with the initial steps taken in 2022, which marked the beginning of successive projects for training English language teachers. He considers this agreement a modern extension to develop teaching skills and methodologies aimed at expanding the Education for Success program.
