Iraqi Kurdistan holds regional polls, but change remains elusive
After two years of delays, Iraqi Kurdistan has finally held regional legislative elections.
The two largest Kurdish parties last cycle again topped the polls, but no one actor has achieved a majority.
This means that political parties will have to work together to form a government.
However, that will likely prove difficult with tensions reaching fever pitch during campaigning for the elections.
