We are proud to announce that AAA Holding Group has successfully completed the acquisition of an additional 45% stake in the Phosphate Fertiliser Project in Basra, following the purchase of shares from existing stakeholders. With this strategic transaction, AAA Holding Group now holds full ownership of the project.
This milestone underscores our long-term commitment to advancing sustainable fertiliser production in the region and aligns with our vision of driving agricultural innovation and food security through smart investment and operational excellence.
