  • Al-Mansour Pharmaceuticals Industries (IMAP) has completed the legal procedures for the capital increase through 16.0% rights issue according to the Companies Law No. 21 of 1997/Article 55/Fourth to IQD18.56 bn.
  • National Islamic Bank (BNAI) invited its shareholders to subscribe to 44.0 bn shares starting Jun. 16 from the capital increase to IQD400.0 bn through a 12.54% rights issue. The subscription period is no less than 30 days and no more than 60 days.

Stocks that resumed / will resume trading:

  • New shares of AHliya For Insurance (NAHF) from the capital increase to IQD9.0 bn through a 28.57% rights issue resumed trading on Jun. 16.
  • Tourist Village of Mosul Dam (HTVM) will resume trading on Jun. 22 after holding its AGM on Jun. 13, in which they discussed and approved the 2024 annual financial statements.

  • ISX suspended trading of Iraqi Agricultural Products (AIRP) starting Jun. 17 due to the AGM that will be held on Jun. 22 to discuss and approve the 2023 annual financial statements and dividend distribution.
  • ISX suspended trading of Al Janoob Islamic Bank (BJAB) starting Jun. 18 due to the AGM that will be held on Jun. 23 to discuss and approve the 2024 annual financial statements and dividend distribution.
  • ISX suspended trading of Dar Al-Salam for Insurance (NDSA) starting Jun. 19 due to the AGM that will be held on Jun. 24 to discuss and approve the 2024 annual financial statements and dividend distribution.
  • ISX suspended trading of Al-Ameen Insurance (NAME) starting Jun. 19 due to the AGM that will be held on Jun. 24 to discuss and approve the 2023 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and elect five original and five alternative board members.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Al-Batek Financial Investment (VBAT) starting Jun. 22 for not submitting annual financial statements.
  • ISX will suspend trading of National Company for Tourism Investment (HNTI) starting Jun. 25 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 1 to discuss and approve the 2023 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and elect four original and four alternative board members.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Erbil Bank for Investment & Finance (BERI) starting Jul. 1 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 4 to elect one original and five alternative board members.
