  • Commercial Islamic Bank of Iraq (BCOI) has completed the legal procedures for the capital increase through a 12% bonus issue to IQD327.6 bn.

Stocks that resumed / will resume trading:

  • Iraqi Agricultural Products (AIRP) resumed trading on Jun. 30 after holding its AGM on Jun. 22 in which they discussed and approved 2023 annual financial statements and decided to distribute IQD0.10 cash dividend per share, corresponding to a 0.7% dividend yield.
  • Baghdad Soft Drinks (IBSD) resumed trading on Jul. 2 after holding its AGM on Jun. 30 in which they discussed and approved 2024 annual financial statements, the authorization of the company's board of directors to import and install new production lines, and decided to distribute IQD0.36 cash dividend per share, corresponding to a 7.5% dividend yield.
  • Al-Ameen Insurance (NAME) resumed trading on Jul. 3 after holding its AGM on Jun. 24 in which they discussed and approved 2023 annual financial statements and electing five original and four alternative board members.

Stocks that were suspended / will be suspended from trading:

  • ISX suspended trading of Erbil Bank for Investment & Finance (BERI) starting Jul. 1 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 4 to elect one original and five alternative board members.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Mamoura Real-estate Investment (SMRI) starting Jul. 16 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 21 to discuss and approve 2024 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and increasing the paid-in capital from IQD22.780 bn to IQD29.614 bn through a 30.0% rights issue.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Ibdaa Al-Sharq Al-Awsat General Contract (SIBD) starting Jul. 17 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 22 to discuss and approve the 2024 annual financial statements and dividend distribution.
  • ISX will suspend trading of AL-Nukhba for General Construction (SNUC) starting Jul. 17 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 22 to discuss and approve the 2024 annual financial statements.
