The Baghdad International Fairground will host the inaugural Iraq International Transport, Airports, and Logistics Exhibition (ITLEXPO 2025) from 15-17 October 2025.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Trade's media office, quoting Dr Mustafa Al-Ani, Director General of the General Company for Iraqi Fairs and Commercial Services, the event - held under the slogan "Iraq Sets Out on the Path of Development" - marks a key step in advancing the country's transport and logistics sector, with participation from more than 100 companies representing 20 countries.
The exhibition will feature specialised displays, panel discussions, and workshops covering air, land, and sea transport, airport operations, and infrastructure development, with participation from relevant ministries, embassies, and investment firms.
Dr Al-Ani affirmed that the event will strengthen international cooperation, attract new investment, and support sustainable development in Iraq's transport sector.
