New Companies Added to Iraq's OTC Trading Market

The Iraqi Securities Commission (ISC) has approved the listing, deposit, and trading of shares for five companies on the over-the-counter (OTC) platform.

The decision was taken during the Commission's third session held on 7th April 2026.

The companies admitted to the OTC platform are:

• Al-Yam Al-Azraq General Trading Company
• Asia Gate Insurance Company
• Al-Andalus Insurance Company
• Al-Khair Insurance Company
• Dar Al-Aman Insurance Company
