Iraq Stock Exchange
- Al-Mansour Bank (BMNS) invited its shareholders to receive their cash dividends for the fiscal year 2025 at the Bank's HQ, starting May 10, 2026. The company decided in its recent AGM (Mar. 17, 2026) to distribute IQD0.10 cash dividend per share, corresponding to a 4.7% dividend yield.
- Al Mustashar Islamic Bank (BMUI) invited its shareholders to subscribe to 29.0 bn shares starting Apr. 26 from the capital increase to IQD300.0 bn through a 11.60% rights issue and an 8.40% bonus issue. The subscription period is no less than 30 days and no more than 60 days.
- Ashur International Bank (BASH) has completed the legal procedures for the capital increase through a 20.0% bonus issue to IQD300.0 bn.
- The ISC approved the request of Al-HiLal Industries (IHLI) for an additional extension period of 1 year to submit its 2025 annual financial statements.
- ISX will suspend trading of Shatt Al-Arab Insurance Company (NSHA) (OTC) starting Jun. 10 due to the AGM that will be held on Jun. 10 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and electing three alternative board members. The company will resume trading on Jun. 11.
- The ISC approved the request of Baghdad Hotel (HBAG) for an additional extension period of 1 year to submit its 2025 annual financial statements.
- The ISC has approved the request of Ameen Al-Iraq Islamic Bank (BAME) to have a four-month extension period to add the new shares from the capital increase through a 20.0% rights issue (56/Fourth) to IQD300.0 bn starting from Apr. 21, 2026.
Stocks that resumed / will resume trading:
- Original shares of National Bank of Iraq (BNOI) resumed trading on Apr. 28 after holding its AGM on Apr. 26 in which they discussed and approved 2025 annual financial statements, increasing the paid-in capital from IQD520.0 bn to IQD650.0 bn through a 25.0% bonus issue, and decided to distribute IQD0.25 cash dividend per share corresponding to a 4.9% dividend yield.
Stocks that were suspended / will be suspended from trading:
- ISX suspended trading of Bank of Baghdad (BBOB) starting Apr. 28 due to the AGM that will be held on May 3 to discuss and approve the 2025 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and the write-off of IQD49.2 bn ($37.6 mn) non-performing loans.
- ISX will suspend trading of Iraqi Date Processing and Marketing (IIDP) starting May 3 for not submitting its 2024 annual financial statements.
