- A cross transaction occurred on 24.9 bn shares of Al-Qabedh Islamic Bank for Finance and Investment (BQAB), valued at IQD1.74 bn, on Sep. 29, corresponding to 10.0% of BQAB's capital.
- A cross transaction occurred on 24.9 bn shares of Al-Anssari Islamic Bank (BANS), valued at IQD1.25 bn, on Sep. 28, corresponding to 10.0% of BANS's capital.
- ISX issued the ticker and the international securities identification number (ISIN) for the shares of Amwaj International Real Estate Investment Holding Company (OMWJ), which has a capital of IQD25.05 bn and will be listed on the Regular Market under the holding companies sector.
- The subscription period for the new shares of Economy Bank for Investment (BEFI), from the capital increase to IQD350.0 bn through a 17.18% rights issue, was extended to start on Oct. 4 and to run for not less than 30 days and not more than 60 days, closing once all the 50.0 bn offered shares are subscribed. The subscription will take place at Gulf Commercial Bank's (BGUC) main branch in Al-Alawiya, Baghdad.
- According to the ISC decision on Sep. 27, ISX transferred the trading of United Bank (BUND) from the Undisclosed Companies Market (UCM) back to the Regular Market starting Sep. 28, after the bank submitted its 2025 annual financial statements and paid the due fine.
- Al-Qurtas Islamic Bank for Investment and Finance (BQUR) completed the legal procedures of amending Article (Fourth) of its articles of association, increasing the capital by 20.0% from IQD250.0 bn to IQD300.0 bn (56/Fourth - through external cash funded).

- Iraqi For Tufted Carpets (IITC) resumed trading on Sep. 27 after holding its postponed AGM on Sep. 23, in which they discussed and approved the 2025 annual financial statements and decided to distribute an IQD0.9 cash dividend per share, corresponding to a 3.9% dividend yield.
- Asia Al Iraq Islamic Bank (BAIB) resumed trading on Sep. 27 after holding its AGM on Sep. 17, in which they discussed and approved 2025 annual financial statements and the merger with Al Mal Islamic Bank (BMAL).
Stocks that were suspended / will be suspended from trading:
- ISX suspended trading of Kharkh Tour Amuzement City (SKTA) starting Sep. 27 due to the AGM that will be held on Sep. 30 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and the capital increase by 31.3% from IQD1.6 bn to IQD2.1 bn (55/Fourth - through external cash funded).
- ISX suspended trading of Al-Ameen Estate Investment (SAEI) starting Sep. 27 due to the AGM that will be held on Sep. 30 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements and dividend distribution.
- ISX suspended trading of World Islamic Bank (BWOR) starting Sep. 28 due to the AGM that will be held on Sep. 30 to discuss and approve increasing the capital by 20.0% (56/Fourth - through external cash funded) from IQD250.0 bn to IQD300.0 bn and electing nine original and nine alternative board members.
- Due to the official holiday from Sep. 30 to Oct. 1, ISX suspended trading of National Islamic Bank (BNAI) starting Sep. 28 instead of Sep. 29 due to the AGM that will be held on Oct. 3 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, increasing the board members from seven to nine, and electing two original and five alternative board members.
- ISX suspended trading of Modern Construction Materials Industry (IMCM) starting Sep. 28 due to the AGM that will be held on Oct. 1 to elect four original and four alternative board members from the private sector.
- According to the ISC decision on Sep. 29, ISX will suspend trading of Iraqi Date Processing and Marketing (IIDP) starting Oct. 4, after the extension period granted to the company expired without meeting the financial disclosure requirements and submitting the 2025 annual financial statements.
- ISX will suspend trading of Al-Mansour Pharmaceutical Ind. (IMAP) starting Oct. 4 due to the AGM that will be held on Oct. 7 to discuss and approve increasing the capital from IQD18.56 bn to IQD25.06 bn through a 35.0% rights issue. The last trading session was amended to Sep. 29 due to the official holiday from Sep. 30 to Oct. 1.
