US agrees to ship more dollars to Iraq, PM says
The US has agreed to increase shipments of physical dollars to Iraq, prime minister Ali Al-Zaidi said, in a move that could ease cash shortages in the country's heavily dollar-dependent economy.
The shipment of $1 billion in notes per month comes at the same time as Baghdad has instructed US oil companies to increase their output.
