The Municipal Secretary of The Secretariat of Baghdad, Naeim Alkaabi, has discussed on Thursday, with some of the representatives of the Secretariat, in a meeting with a Turkish Company the possibilities to develop the infrastructure of the Capital city of Baghdad.
In a statement released by the press office of The Secretariat of Baghdad, and a copy received by Aswat Aliraq, saying that, “We have discussed with representatives of a Turkish Company the possibilities to develop the Infrastructure of Baghdad.”
He added that,” This meeting has come in the context of collaboration between Baghdad Municipality and the Turkish companies to participate in developing both physical and economical aspects and to push the level of services forward in the capital city of Baghdad.”
Alkaabi noted that,” The Turkish company has expressed its willingness to cooperate with us and to supply the Secretariat with giant pipes for net water as well as sanitary pipes,” he pointed out ” the Secretariat is ready to receive more international companies to contribute in the reconstruction process of Baghdad.”
He added that, ” We have agreed with the Turkish company to exchange experiences through sending some of our stuff to Turkey for training and to have access to the latest technology whether in implementation of projects or the industry of net water pipes and sewerages”.
