NIC announced Al- Dabash Housing project as an investment opportunity of 20 thousand housing units.
NIC Chairman Dr. Sami Al- Araji said in a press release held Wednesday Aug.1.2012 that the project will be built on a lot of ( 992,500 M²) in Al- Dabash area in Baghdad that should include 20 thousand full serviced housing units, commercial centers, entertainment and social centers that shall meet the modern life requirements for middle income people.
Dr. Al- Araji invited companies and investors to participate in this opportunity through submitting their applications to the NIC venue within 60 days from the date of announcing the project.
NIC Chairman added that the project will be covered by all privileges, incentives and exemptions guaranteed by investment law No. 13 for the year 2006 as amended while investor should abide by all his obligations mentioned also in the law, declaring that investor will have the right to transfer his capital, revenues and his workers wages according to the Iraqi Central Bank regulations while the project will be protected by the concerned governmental sides.
