Avgas air delivery to Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, and Qatar (RFI)

This Request for Information seeks to obtain information from interested parties, including the vendor community, about a potential opportunity to deliver by air U.S. Gallons of AVGAS (Aviation Gasoline - 100LL) to various locations in Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, and Qatar. Please submit your response no later than 1:00 PM Ft. Belvoir, VA local time on Friday, 3 October 2014 and indicate whether you have the capability to provide AVGAS via air in support of this potential requirement. DLA Energy would like to know how quickly your company could commence deliveries, if you have a source or storage of AVGAS in the list of countries above, what options your company has available for delivery (for example drums, ISO containers, or bladders etc.) and any other important or relevant details you can provide.
