The Turkish Petroleum Overseas Company (TPOC), operator of the Mansuriya Project, hereby requests “Expression of Interest” from qualifying Contractors for the provision of Technical Service Agreements in support of Company’s forthcoming drilling campaign in Mansuriya Field (100 km away north-east of Baghdad) in Iraq.
