Name: Anz (also known as Al-Anz)

Location: The block lies in Al Anbar Governorate. The Block area is about 8,521 km², according to the Petroluem Contracts and Licensing Directorate (PCLD); on announcement of the results of the licensing round, the Ministry of Oil said it has an area of about 8,811 square kilometers.
Discovery: No wells have been drilled in this block. Gas and oil potential.
Status: The block was offered in the Sixth licensing round, May 2024, but no bids were received.
