The Iraqi Ministry of Industry and Minerals said on Monday that the state-run al-Sawari Company for Chemical Industries has reached its highest production levels in 2009.
The company has signed a contract with the Ministry of Water Resources to build three boats, according to a ministry statement received by Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
It has also signed other contracts to rehabilitate its factories and production lines, the statement noted.
