The Iraqi Water Resources Ministry signed 63 contracts within the first quarter of 2010.
“The contracts total ID175.292 billion,” the Ministry said in a release on Wednesday received by Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
It explained that the funds come from the Ministry’s investment plan and the Iraqi government’s agricultural initiative.
