Gulf Keystone's Legal and Commercial Director, Tony Peart, said the company is seeking a buyer for its 38 percent holding in Algeria’s HBH project, in addition to selling its 20 percent interest in the Akri Bijeel block in Iraqi Kurdistan.
“This is a strategic decision to sell because we want to focus on larger opportunities in Kurdistan,” he said in an interview at the Iraq 2011: Future Energy conference in Istanbul.
