Something wrong with the numbers there. The way I calculate it, it comes out to 200k per vehicle. Either they are not armored or They have slashed their prices in half. A previous news post says that 1000 of the same model were proposed for sale for about 500 million, bringing the unit price to 500k/vehicle... Go figure.
