Video: Twin Bombings kill Dozens in Baghdad

ISIL has claimed responsibility for two bomb attacks in the Iraqi capital that killed at least 28 people.

A car packed with explosives blew up in a commercial street in Baghdad, and a suicide car bomb targeted an army checkpoint.

Close to 70 people have been injured.
